A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have been a full-time real estate broker in Thurston County since 1978. Yes, I’m what they call an old timer. However, that doesn’t mean I’m not on top of things. I still work over 60 hours a week, and have had a reputation for being a technology leader since my first Apple Macintosh! I have personally handled over 3,000 real estate transactions, but have backed off of that crazy pace of 150 -220 transactions a year and am enjoying assisting buyers and sellers on a case by case basis. I’m able to give each customer the attention, advice, and guidance they deserve, and enjoy helping people make the right decisions. Personally, I’ve been married to an awesome lady since 1983, have two incredible and successful sons I’m very proud of, and am a three time grandfather. I enjoy music, artwork, motorcycles, exotic cars, and motorcycle racing (I no longer do that. Obviously at my age – I just watch!)
“…above and beyond what I ever would have expected.”
Doug was referred to me as someone who had done a fantastic job not only with buying a home but also with selling a home. According to my referral, after staging the home he was selling, according to Doug’s suggestions, he didn’t want to leave it!
My personal experience was above and beyond what I ever would have expected. I had the pleasure of working directly with Doug, the owner and operator. My options in purchasing a home were limited at best. Doug was ever patient with my plethora of questions and concerns. Every e-mail, text, and phone call was well received and promptly replied to with thorough, detailed answers and explanations.
Doug is one of the most genuine people I have met. His staff was warm and friendly. Their enthusiasm during the closing of my home was contagious. If I ever find myself in need of a real estate agent again, Doug will be my first call.
